Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities
- Provide technical expertise in partnership taxation, including Section 1031 exchanges and real property trade or business elections
- Lead engagement teams and manage client relationships
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Mentor and train staff members
- CPA, JD, or EA license required
- Masters of Tax or LLM preferred
- 12+ years of public accounting experience, including 7+ years of supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements
