As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, promoting their independence and dignity, and providing a pleasant and comfortable living environment.

- Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation;">
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming;">
- Encourage social interaction and participation in activities among residents;">
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress;">
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support;">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A current certification in CPR/First-Aid;">
- HCA (Home Care Aide Certification) Certification Required;">
- A valid Food Handler's Permit;">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
- A commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our residents;">
- The ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds, up to 30 times per shift;">
- The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach;">
- A willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances;">
Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
">About the Role
">This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a rotating schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends. You will be required to wear a uniform and follow all company policies and procedures.
