At Centra Healthcare Allied, we are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a travel therapist in Puyallup, Washington.
About the RoleThis is a 13-week contract position with 40 hours per week, working 8 hours a day. We offer a competitive pay package and provide reimbursement for mileage, CEUs, medical credentials, and licensure.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Physical Therapist with at least one year of recent experience in outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have a current PT license within the state of practice and be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- To assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
- To develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and functionality.
- To maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- A minimum of one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in outpatient settings.
- A current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice.
- A highly competitive pay package.
