We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians, supporting children with autism in a rewarding role. This position offers an opportunity to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
You will work closely with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a Behavior Technician, you will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to support each child's unique needs.
This is a dynamic role that requires patience, compassion, and teamwork. We provide comprehensive training for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed. The ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and remain calm is essential, as working with children can be physically demanding.

Payout Range: $19 - $26 per hour
Job Expectations:- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Reduce interfering behaviors using evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with the team to support children's needs
- Possess a passion for helping children with autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Age 18 or above
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Physically able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds
