**Job Title:** Nurse Practitioner Role in Hospital at Home

**Location:** Oklahoma City metropolitan area, INTEGRIS Health

**Estimated Salary:** $125,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospital at Home team. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients who require hospital-level treatment but prefer to receive it in the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing medical consultation and routine patient care
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
  • Performing routine procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, venous and arterial blood draws, and managing simple conditions produced by infection, trauma, or other disease processes

You will also have the opportunity to educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • A current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license
  • Current BLS certification
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English
