Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to all Internet leads, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Develop and maintain client prospecting files, including lead tracking and follow-up.
  • Provide accurate and timely pricing, inventory availability, and product information to customers.
  • Cultivate customer relationships through email and phone communication, leading to meetings with floor sales staff.
  • Process credit applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and industry certifications.
  • Implement and maintain the dealership's sales process, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain Customer Service Index (CSI), Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards.
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is required.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to type accurately.
  • Ability to type at least 35 wpm.
