Job Description

Integrated Data Services (IDS) is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst - PPBE Budgeting to join our team. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance on the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, brief, integrate, correlate, and analyze various phases of the PPBE process.
  • Provide financial and technical consulting services to government customers.
  • Support and assist in the expert utilization of the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR).
  • Execute reporting for the Division.
  • Cross-check and verify databases and various financial systems.
  • Provide expert support and guidance on daily use of the system.
  • Serve as a liaison between different financial systems.
  • Review and verify the integrity/accuracy of data downloaded and inputted into the system.
  • Recommend business processes/organizations structure processes within CCaR to ensure compliance.
  • Implement and track corrective data actions with Government approval.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of nine (9) years of government acquisition, finance, or financial management, program management, or related experience within a DoD organization.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of DoD Space experience.
  • Proficient in the utilization of Government accepted, standardized, and specialized software applications.
  • Experience and/or certification in CCaR is preferred.

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

Travel: Some travel may be required.

Hours: Normal work schedule hours may vary, Monday through Friday. May be required to work additional hours and/or weekends, as needed, to meet deadlines or to fulfill travel obligations.
