- Implement evidence-based interventions to achieve patient goals and improve functional outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide seamless patient care and ensure effective communication.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and quality outcomes.
- Physical Therapist license issued by the state in which you practice (Wisconsin or Illinois).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
As a Physical Therapist at Advocate Aurora Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Additionally, we offer a $5000 sign-on bonus payable in two installments - 50% after 90 days and 50% after one year.
