Key Responsibilities- Perform high-level compounding and dispensing tasks, including preparing and labeling medications
- Assist pharmacists with technical and patient care functions, such as answering patient questions and resolving medication-related issues
- Conduct inventory management and ordering of pharmaceutical supplies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college courses in pharmacy or a related field desirable
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required; Maryland certification preferred
- 3 years of pharmacy experience or currently enrolled as a pharmacy or medical school student
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
