Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance on HR laws and policies to employees, supervisors, and managers
  • Developing and implementing HR-related processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with supervisors and managers on employee issues and disciplinary actions
  • Managing all aspects of the onboarding process, including data entry and audit compliance

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of employment-related laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is also essential.

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000 annually.
