Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

As a Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist, you'll work in our climate-controlled warehouse, primarily Monday through Friday. You'll process piece work, assemble and ship lightweight, direct-to-consumer orders, and assist with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process piece work, including tasks such as cutting trim or counting/bagging items.
  • Assemble orders, pulling various products, assembling embellishments, and packing contents with care.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct monthly inventory of all products on site to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide support to team in other duties as assigned.
  • Support continuous improvement, challenging the status quo, and offering creative solutions.
