Your day will commence with a team briefing to review supplies, cleaning duties, and training updates. Following the meeting, you will utilize a company vehicle to attend carpet cleaning appointments, returning to the office upon completion.

  • No late shifts, weekends, or holidays. Family-friendly hours.
  • Competitive weekly compensation and bonuses, along with paid training and time off.
  • Previous experience in professional carpet cleaning in residential settings or hospitality is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding cleaning services to clients using the YGM method.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy towards clients and team members.
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and safety while working independently (handling heavy equipment).

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to balance quality and efficiency.
