We are seeking to connect with junior- to mid-level attorneys licensed in the District of Columbia who specialize in Patent Litigation. Ideal candidates will possess a background in electrical engineering and/or computer engineering, enabling them to effectively manage high-stakes patent disputes in U.S. district courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).


Responsibilities include challenging and defending patents in post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and providing expert counsel on intellectual property matters that arise during commercial transactions.
