We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Growth Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who can develop and implement national sales programs, maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price, and establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of positive sales performance, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel in the US territory for roughly 70% of the time. Additionally, they should be able to create and implement a sales plan, meet sales goals by monitoring progress, analyze sales data, and develop budgets.

In this role, you will contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. You will also maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Leadership role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong personality and mentoring skills with the ability to influence internal and external customers
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance
