Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Manage and direct multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and generate revenue growth.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, and contribute to the development of new technical areas.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor staff members, provide guidance and support, and contribute to their professional development.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and expectations, and provide exceptional service.
- Education: Bachelor of Science (minimum) in public health, biology, chemistry, or other closely related degree required; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of proven experience in a similar role required.
- Certifications: Professional certification (DABT, CIH, etc.) is ideal.
- Skills: Highly proficient in critical thinking, problem-solving, writing, teaching, and public speaking; comprehensive understanding of the consulting business and risk assessment process; recognized as an independent expert.
