We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects that align with our facility's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Administrative Team to respond to Division and Group requests for market/facility information
  • Work with the Administrative Team and physicians to enhance existing or develop new opportunities for processes or services
  • Provide administrative and operations leadership to assigned departments
  • Ensure the application of Customer Service principles in meeting and exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers
  • Manage fiscal operations of assigned departments using the budget as a guideline for revenue and expense analysis
  • Manage operations of assigned departments to achieve targets for designated Key Performance Indicators
  • Meet leadership obligations under the Ethics and Compliance Program
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, employees, and peers
  • Utilize HCA tools to help with management of responsibilities
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or Healthcare administration required
  • 2+ years of experience in a hospital leadership role preferred

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center is a full-service hospital with 318+ patient beds. Our hospital is the largest medical facility in the region, serving southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana. We have a Level II Trauma Center, a Level 1 ICU, and the only Burn Center in the state of Idaho. Our 74-bed Behavioral Health Center offers inpatient and outpatient mental health care for adolescents and adults.
