Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Per Diem MRI Technologist to join our team in Salem, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the MRI Site Supervisor and/or MRI Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and accurate operation of the MRI scanner, ensuring the smooth operation of the patient schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize technical skills and training to ensure the safe and accurate operation of the MRI scanner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and MRI scan data.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with MRI technology and best practices.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging or related field.
  • MRI Registered Technologist with ARRT or ARMRIT certification.
  • Radiologic Technology Licensure in the state of Massachusetts (preferred).
  • Experience with PACS systems and MRI settings (preferred).
