Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Homewood Suites Bloomington. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience during their stay.

• Welcome guests with a genuine smile and offer assistance with breakfast options
• Deliver attentive service, engaging in polite conversation as time allows
• Set up the breakfast area for service, ensuring a clean and safe environment
• Stock self-service areas with proper equipment and food items
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and physical appearance of the breakfast area
• Obtain food supplies from the Food Storeroom and comply with food safety and quality assurance standards
• Clean chairs, tables, and floor, and complete prep work as required for the next shift

• Professional demeanor and a warm, welcoming personality
• Ability to engage easily and actively connect with others
• Comfortable conversing with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• Speak clearly and professionally
• Previous bartending experience is a plus

• Standing for long periods, or entire shifts
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance
• Read and visually verify information in various formats
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
