Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join our team at Northern Hospitality Group. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.

• Manage the host stand, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
• Greets guests, escorts them to their table, and presents menus.
• Keep the dining room, entryway, bathrooms, and menus clean at all times.
• Communicate with servers and the kitchen to ensure a smooth service.
• Process To Go orders and assist with food running and bussing when necessary.
• Thank departing guests and invite them to return.
