Position Overview:
As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you will design and oversee CI/CD pipelines, templates, and workflows, ensuring a streamlined and efficient developer experience. You will offer expert guidance on CI/CD toolchains, frameworks, strategies, and processes. A strong background in container orchestration, Kubernetes, and Docker is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design CI/CD pipelines and workflows in alignment with established toolchains and frameworks.
  • Develop, publish, manage, and enhance internal libraries, templates, and workflows that support CI/CD frameworks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of product teams to the CI/CD framework, enhancing the developer experience while promoting best practices.
  • Actively engage in the DevOps Center of Excellence (COE) to establish governance and standards for CI/CD implementation across teams.
  • Set operational quality gates for CI/CD pipelines based on industry best practices and maturity levels.
  • Review and refine best practices and guardrails necessary for transitioning to a CI/CD framework.
  • Analyze CI/CD practices to identify areas for improvement and remove obstacles to continuous enhancement.
  • Provide support to developers in areas such as source control, build automation, merge resolution, continuous integration, test automation, and deployment.
  • Share insights and leadership on DevSecOps architecture and technology.
  • Assess the quality of existing pipelines and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to established standards, practices, and processes.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with container orchestration, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD frameworks and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and constructing pipelines.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, SAFe, and DevOps frameworks.
  • Preferred - Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer.
  • Preferred - Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
