About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at BrightPath Kids USA. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to grow and develop.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
