About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Managing Partner (Site Leader) to lead our site operations and drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and leadership to join our team and contribute to our success.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000+, based on your exceptional leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing teams. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(K) plan, life insurance, and more.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 employees, creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun, and providing an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms, attracting, recruiting, training, and developing employees at every position.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience
  • Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty
  • Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions
