We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Wildwood Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal and nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
  • Facilitating and conducting activities to promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Monitoring and responding to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner
  • Maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for residents
  • Assisting in preparing residents for various activities within and outside the center

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Graduation from an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligibility to enter such a program and graduate within 120 days of employment
  • An understanding of resident care procedures and standards
