Position Overview: The Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing the care of patients in the Emergency Room, employing the Nursing Process in alignment with the Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies.
Key Responsibilities: The registered nurse exhibits critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills in anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of patient care in the Emergency Department.
Maintains clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
Delegates patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff.
Provides guidance and supervision to assigned personnel involved in patient care.
Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
Work Schedule: Night Shift 7 PM - 7 AM.
13-Week Assignment.
36-Hour Guarantee.
3 shifts of 12 hours each per week.
