About the Role

In this critical position, you will work closely with our team to gather project information and create accurate estimates. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather project documentation, including plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Analyze project scope and requirements to determine key cost variables.
  • Research labor and materials costs to prepare estimates.
  • Negotiate with service providers to secure the best possible prices.
  • Collaborate with project managers to finalize estimates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience as an estimator is also preferred.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as knowledge of estimation formulas.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including BlueBeam, Adobe, BuildingConnect, ProCore, and Outlook.
  • Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
