Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and organized store environment by cleaning and maintaining shelves and aisles daily.
  • Restock coolers, displays, and shelves with products facing outward for easy identification.
  • Implement a first-in-first-out stocking system to maintain product quality.
  • Build and maintain visually appealing displays and promotional items throughout the store.
  • Utilize technology and applications to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized back room and back stock areas.
  • Process returns and credits for products that are unfit for sale.
  • Attend meetings and participate in special projects and events as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
