We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of contracts and providing expert advice on procurement matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction to management, staff, and stakeholders within and outside the Department on contract administration and procurement procedures.
  • Develop formal and informal guidance and processes to support contract administration and procurement activities.
  • Prepare written and/or oral reports, assessments, and strategies for a wide variety of issues related to contract administration and procurement.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all the required qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree with a major in any field from an accredited college or university, supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in contracting or related positions, with at least 1 full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service.
  • Completed a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field from an accredited college or university.
