Compensation: $18-$21/hr
Location: New Albany, OH
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
- Reporting any operational issues to management to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Adopting a Right First-Time approach to guarantee quality assurance and regulatory adherence.
- Handling the reception, preparation, and provision of components for manufacturing while upholding sanitation protocols.
- Completing necessary documentation, monitoring machinery performance, and participating in daily operational reviews.
- Utilizing pallet jacks, manually wrapping pallets, and managing inventory through computerized systems.
- Working collaboratively with diverse teams to identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Guaranteeing the continuous availability of components and products to support seamless operations.
- Associate degree or High School diploma/GED.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Manufacturing or Operations.
- Experience in drug substance manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
- Proficiency in documenting process tasks in electronic batch records.
