We're seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team in Sharonville. As an Insurance Advisor, you'll be responsible for implementing our tested marketing strategies, evaluating current coverage, and recommending solutions to clients. You'll work closely with clients to deliver risk management strategies and nurture relationships with existing clients.

• Implement our proven marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow our business
• Evaluate current coverage and make recommendations to clients to ensure they have the right insurance solutions
• Use our systems to find and place the best insurance solutions for clients
• Work closely with clients to deliver risk management strategies and protect their retirement
• Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term success
• Partner with our team to support our community and drive business growth
• Maintain accurate insurance documents and records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Stay up-to-date on industry information to provide expert advice to clients

• Experience in sales or customer service is an asset
• Ability to analyze financial information and comply with regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Attention to detail and strong math skills
• Strong ethics and a customer-oriented attitude
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to foster long-term relationships
• Valid professional licensing
