At Dorman Products, we are looking for a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in helping us continue to grow and impact the off-roading industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that parts are ready to meet customer expectations and accurately assembling products in specific cells. They will also be responsible for cross-training and becoming proficient in multiple assembly cells, as well as maintaining a safe and clean work area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, driven, and has a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize, self-manage time efficiently, problem solve, and be a self-starter. Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred, and the ability to lift up to 70lbs is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
