$19.00 per hour is the competitive salary for this role, ensuring you earn a fair wage for your expertise.

This position involves safeguarding facilities, acting as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and detecting and reporting suspicious or unsafe acts at assigned posts. The goal is to ensure the safety and security of properties, clients, guests, and employees.

1. Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Possess effective written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally.
3. Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws; some may be needed prior to employment.

1. Must have a valid driver's license and one year of driving experience (if applicable).
2. Clean driving record required.
3. Ability to operate a vehicle safely.
4. Pass a background investigation and drug screen.
5. Work at multiple locations, covering special projects, call-offs, vacations, and open shifts.
6. Able to work any time and day.
7. Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
8. Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative technology.
9. Able to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
10. Flexible to work in various environments, including extreme temperatures.
11. Moderate physical demands, including occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
