The working hours for this role are 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and we offer thorough training for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and scrutinize files submitted for print jobs, ensuring all critical components are accurate and complete.
  • Confirm that the technical requirements of print jobs align with quality benchmarks.
  • Work collaboratively with the pre-press team to address any inconsistencies or challenges discovered during the quality assessment.
  • Employ software tools to evaluate and prepare files for production.
  • Maintain a strong focus on detail to avert mistakes in the printing workflow.
  • Adhere to established quality assurance protocols and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members regarding quality control methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English, both in written and spoken forms.
  • Strong computer literacy, with the capability to operate relevant software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Availability to work the evening shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
