Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technologist to join our team at IU Health North Hospital. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in the cardiac catheterization lab.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and technical support in the cardiac catheterization lab
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including angiography systems and fluoroscopy machines
  • Assist with cardiac procedures, including coronary angiograms and interventions
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and laboratory efficiency
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab or related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule
  • 4x10 hour shifts per week
  • Minimum 2 days of call per week and every 3rd weekend
