  • Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and documenting findings.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, including incident reports, witness statements, and evidence.
  • Monitor Security Systems: Monitor and maintain the hotel's security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests and associates, including responding to their safety and security concerns.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • First Aid/CPR Certification: First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge is required.
