Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinic Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our clinic staff to ensure that all patients receive high-quality, efficient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of clinic staff and ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Setting and implementing goals, objectives, and policies for clinical services.
- Managing staff performance, including coaching and conducting evaluations.
- Monitoring clinical expenditures to maintain budgetary compliance.
- Addressing concerns raised by patients and staff, collaborating with appropriate leaders to enhance processes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a medical office setting.
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical management role.
