Position Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with new personnel entering the Ordnance Corps. As an instructor at Topsarge Business Solutions, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our soldiers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Instruction: Provide comprehensive academic training on various refrigeration systems, including digital refrigerated containers, air conditioning units, automotive A/C systems, forced air heaters, and fire suppression systems.
  • Curriculum Development: Review and enhance academic and doctrinal materials while ensuring the upkeep of vehicles and equipment relevant to the training.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate classroom and laboratory discussions, demonstrations, and practical exercises in alignment with course objectives and technical manuals.
  • Student Assessment: Conduct evaluations and critiques of student performance to ensure understanding and proficiency.
  • Lesson Plan Enhancement: Provide constructive feedback on lesson plans, assist in instructional preparation, and engage in the development of testing materials.
  • Technical Content Updates: Collaborate as a subject matter expert to revise Program of Instructions (POIs), lesson plans, and training support packages.
  • Remediation and Maintenance: Offer additional training as needed, maintain classroom environments, and manage training materials and equipment.
