Speech Language Therapist

At Volare Health LLC, we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for identifying the needs of our patients and delivering speech therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will collaborate with our center staff to promote the highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify the needs of patients requiring speech therapy intervention
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with center staff to promote a positive and supportive environment for patients
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the practicing state
- Experience working with patients with speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
