About the Role

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our care coordination team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, making informed clinical judgments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare professionals, documenting actual and potential nursing diagnoses to inform patient care decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans, utilizing identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
  • Perform interventions according to prioritized plans of care, hospital policies, and patient care outcome standards, revising plans as needed to reflect changing patient needs and medical plans of care.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state in which you practice.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
  • Peds, GTube, Trach, Vent skills required.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
