About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies, including food, beverages, and paper products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
