Responsibilities- Administer medication to residents in accordance with their personalized medication and treatment plans.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of resident medication and medical information.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to ensure seamless care.
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, including giving medication in a community setting.
- Current Certified Caregiver license in Arizona.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate or ability to obtain.
