As a Medication Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, including administering medication, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence and emotional support.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication to residents in accordance with their personalized medication and treatment plans.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of resident medication and medical information.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, including giving medication in a community setting.
  • Current Certified Caregiver license in Arizona.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate or ability to obtain.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive team player attitude and excellent communication skills.
