Barback Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain a fully stocked bar with all necessary items before and during service hours.

• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws.

• Clean up spills, remove glassware, and organize the counter.

• Ensure the bar area remains neat and clean.

• Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and security personnel to provide efficient service to customers.

• Handle emergency situations, such as cleaning up broken glass and clearing clogged drains.

**Requirements:**

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Part-time position.

• Must wear all black clothing and shoes, including a long sleeve button-up shirt and long black bistro apron.
