  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and psychological evaluations, to identify areas of need and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, therapy, and education, to promote patient recovery and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
