We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. This is a full-time RN position working a variable, non-block schedule that includes nights and weekends.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation)
- Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education, and various other nursing interventions
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
- Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Ability to work a variable, non-block schedule that includes nights and weekends
