Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls and manage customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with branch staff and clients to set appointments for client evaluations, deliveries, and repairs.
  • Assist with the completion of work orders, including verification of client information and eligibility for funding.
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks, including scanning documentation and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide clerical support for inventory management and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company expectations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in computer software and other office equipment.

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
