At StretchLab Walnut Creek, we are seeking a talented Stretching Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering expert-assisted stretch sessions and group classes to clients.

About the Opportunity

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$75,000 based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in massage therapy or a related field, as well as excellent communication skills and a professional work ethic.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver Expert-Assisted Stretch Sessions: Provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients, using your expertise to tailor each session to meet their individual needs.
  • Lead Guided Group Classes: Lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, promoting a safe and effective stretching environment.
  • Sales and Client Engagement: Build membership and retain current clientele through sales and exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications
  • Massage Therapy Background: Hold a current massage therapy license or certification.
  • Experience in Fitness/Health Environment: Have experience working in a fitness or health environment, providing hands-on training to clients.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and provide empathy and understanding.
