Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional - Grill Operations to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing food according to meal schedules
  2. Maintaining knowledge of menu items, kitchen abbreviations, plating, and portion sizes
  3. Following standard recipes and accommodating special dietary needs
  4. Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  5. Adhering to sanitation and food production regulations
  6. Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
