As a key figure in systems engineering, we seek your expertise to tackle intricate challenges and influence our client's objectives by leading a dedicated engineering team. Clients will rely on you not only to design and develop these systems but also to enhance them with cutting-edge technological solutions utilizing the Essential Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
Key Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience in Systems Engineering for Information Technology (IT) systems.
- Proficient in planning and executing Program Increments, retrospectives, and other Essential SAFe activities.
- Skilled in analyzing, planning, designing, documenting, assessing, and managing the IT enterprise structural framework to align IT systems with organizational missions, goals, and business processes.
- Adept at translating technical specifications into programming specifications, developing, customizing, or acquiring application software, and testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
- Experienced in testing, installing, configuring, and maintaining networks, including hardware such as servers, hubs, bridges, switches, and routers, as well as software that facilitates information sharing and transmission.
- Competent in developing and managing databases for data storage and retrieval, along with establishing standards for information handling.
- Proficient in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software to ensure system availability and functionality.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Technology.
- Agile and DoD 8570 Level I Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile Project Management tools, including Jira.
- Familiarity with Confluence or similar knowledge management tools.
- Certifications such as SAFe Agilist, SAFe Product Owner or Product Manager, Confluence, or Jira.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
