The ideal candidate will have a desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others in need. High school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as comfort working around blood and needles. Physical and mental ability to work long hours on feet is also necessary. Healthcare experience is a plus.

As a Patient Care Technician, you will spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment. You will be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, as well as educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics. We believe that building long-term relationships with patients is crucial, and we encourage our PCTs to take ownership of their patients' care.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
