Job SummaryWe are seeking entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our team as Premium Auditors. As a Premium Auditor, you will work with clients to conduct reviews of business operations, financial records, and class codes assigned per industry and client standards. This is a unique opportunity to build a business for yourself and take control of your own destiny.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with clients onsite, virtually, or via phone to conduct premium audits and obtain necessary information
- Submit audit reports via web-portal and AFIRM's exclusive premium auditing software
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions
- Examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records
- Evaluate operational practices
- Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
- Live in the geographic area advertised
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong customer service and people skills are a must
- Numbers-oriented
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions
