We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our team as Premium Auditors. As a Premium Auditor, you will work with clients to conduct reviews of business operations, financial records, and class codes assigned per industry and client standards. • Meet with clients onsite, virtually, or via phone to conduct premium audits and obtain necessary information
• Submit audit reports via web-portal and AFIRM's exclusive premium auditing software
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions
• Examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records
• Evaluate operational practices
• Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity

• Live in the geographic area advertised
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong customer service and people skills are a must
• Numbers-oriented
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions
