Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Filament Winding Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the set-up, operation, and monitoring of machines used for filament winding vessel production. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential to ensuring quality product delivery on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the set-up, operation, and monitoring of machines used for filament winding vessel production.
  • Perform quality inspections of raw materials and wound vessels.
  • Prepare and ensure production and department documents are complete and accurate.
  • Fully comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one- or two-years' experience in a manufacturing plant preferred.
  • Good mechanical ability, logical trouble-shooting skills, and attention to detail essential.
  • BASIC math skills and computer skills a plus.

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
